In the year 2200, Aline Ruby, a determined private detective, and Carlos Rivera, her android partner, are hired by a wealthy businessman to capture a famous hacker on Earth. Back on Mars, a new case will lead them to venture into the depths of Noctis, the Martian capital, in search of Jun Chow, a missing cybernetics student. Noctis is their city, a libertarian utopia made possible by advances in robotics, a symbol of a future turned towards the stars.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout their investigation, they will confront the darkest secrets of their city: its corrupt institutions, its trafficking, its brain farms, and the scheming of the all-powerful corporations. But cyber-augmented killers have also targeted Jun Chow. Aline and Carlos board on a desperate race to save this young woman who, unknowingly, holds a secret capable of threatening the delicate balance on which their civilization rests.
